In our ordering process, we currently only ship to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. If you would like to have your order delivered to another European country, please contact us by email. We can make everything possible.

If you don't like the items you ordered, you can return them to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt. All you need to do is send us an informal email with your order number and information about which items you want to return. We will then send you the return label to print at the nearest DHL branch. Our boxes are also suitable for returns. As soon as we have received the items, we will refund you the amount.
